    The origins

This atlas brings together 93 countries and territories where FAOSTAT reports recent green coffee production. 32 dossiers are in-depth. 48 statistical benchmarks keep small productions from disappearing from the map. Volume alone tells neither quality, nor exports, nor the real weight of the sector.

Where would you like to start?

32 profiles are in-depth, 20 dossiers join them, 28 supplements flag the other productions recorded by FAOSTAT, and 13 territories produce coffee without appearing in that database. Each level of documentation is displayed without confusing them.
