    History

The most precise date of the whole study: “founded on April 30, 1984,” a family company in Polinyà, twenty kilometers from Barcelona, 2,500 m² of headquarters, branches in more than twenty countries after the international expansion begun in 1996. Two divisions in the same house: roasting and processing, coffee, cocoa, malt, nuts, cereals; and packaging, as far as capsule machines compatible with Nespresso, Lavazza, Dolce Gusto and Keurig, at 60, 120, 240 and 420 units per minute.

Innoenvas sells the factory more than the machine: for an artisan, an oversized counterpart; for an industry, a single supplier from the green bean to the capsule.

    What it makes

Natural gas or LPG roasters, fully automatic, with chaff incineration and fume decontamination built into the machine. Drum type and heating mode not published.

    The models

    • INNO-PRO natural coffee: TNP-70: 280 kg/h), TNP-140, TNP-300, TNP-600 (2,500 kg/h
    • INNO-PRO torrefacto: TTP-60 to TTP-400
    • INNO-SHOP TNS-2000: 2 kg per roast, automatic PRO version
    • INNO-BASIC lines

    What you gain

Building the fume treatment into the machine rather than into a separate afterburner reduces footprint and installation cost, which matters where space and odor rules are constraints.

    What you lose

A built-in component is sized less freely and replaced less easily than its external equivalent. The heating principle is not described.

Gray areaDrum type and heating mode not published; the correspondence between the model number and the batch is an inference.
