    History

The brand says “since 1990” and a supplier listing speaks of exports since 1996; the displayed seniority is exactly the kind of element that commercial pages round off, and 1990 remains a claim. Headquarters in Shenzhen, factory announced in Nanyang in Henan, export to more than thirty countries, CE, RoHS, SGS and ISO certifications claimed.

The company claims to be the only Chinese manufacturer able to produce roasters of more than 100 kg, and automatic ones of 200 to 360 kg with a stated accuracy of ±0.1 °C: an extraordinary claim for a 300 kg drum, which would require proof of the same order. A manufacturer poorly documented despite the size it announces.

    What it makes

Double-wall cast iron drums, semi-hot-air and semi-direct-flame heating, from 1 to 300 kg, with a Siemens controller on the touchscreen models.

    The models

    • Models from 1 to 7 kg announced at 18 to 28 kg per hour
    • DY-15: 15 kg) documented on the used market
    • large capacities up to 300 kg

    What you gain

Double-wall cast iron is the classic solution against contact burns: it dampens flame variations and forgives operating errors, which suits long, regular batches.

    What you lose

This same mass makes the machine slow to react: a profile that is running behind cannot be caught up. Sales strongly oriented toward export marketplaces, thin public documentation.

Gray areaFounding in 1990 claimed, not cross-checked; accuracy of ±0.1 °C announced, not demonstrated.
